This is an AMAZING and SHAMEFUL history of an UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE case from
a big corporation as Aiptek International Inc (Taiwan) against
Etchegaray Consultants & Associates, a small consultant company of Uruguay

 
 
 
  If you are thinking to make business with Aiptek International, you should consider seriously that this great size company, applies unfair business practices at corporative level, and after reaching an agreement and fixed a value, doesn't complete the agreements that imply an expenditure of money in some way, systematically negotiating again to get better benefits or to pay less again.

Our organization (ECA - Uruguay) has suffered and it continues suffering the systematic abuses on behalf of Aiptek International who being been worth of its privileged position in the technological and commercial area and in spite of having recognized its lack toward us, it has not still paid the minimum amount that has been requested.

To solve friendly this problem that was caused by Aiptek International, we have talked with all corporative structure, from the international salesman that contact us firstly (Mr. Wayne Wang) passing through the international Sales managers (Mr. Vincent Luo, first responsible of this commercial abuse) , until contacting at the highest levels executives in the corporation like they are Mr. Peter Chen (Aiptek's CEO); Mr. Ted Tung; (Aiptek's Vice President); and Mr. Jacky Chen (Aiptek's Public Relation); who delegated the solution of this problem to their Commercial Manager, Mr. Ben Lee who finally with their intervention and abusive and systematic nonfulfillment of agreements finished generating a bigger problem and ratifying the "unfair business practices" as a Aiptek's corporate behavior .

All these people know very well this abusive situation but they don't take any real attitude to solve this matter.

To protect our legitimate rights, a situation has been created that has forced us one time an again, to invest more money, time, legal advice, to offer at least, the refund of the resources invested by its blame.

For all these previous records, we decide give to know to the world the elements of our case, thinking that in that way, the highest authorities of Aiptek International, their Chairman Board, their stockholders, their suppliers, their customers and the organizations that regulate the international trade in the countries where Aiptek International works (Taiwan, China, U.S.A. and Germany) take knowledge of this situation, and in an or another way, act in consequence and finally, they compensate us economically for the caused damage inside a friendly agreement and this way to avoid us to have to invest more money in a direct judicial action against the company Aiptek, that which would damage even more our already decreased finances.
 

  In this web site, we only expose the facts and the documents... each reader will take out his own conclusion.

Then, this is a new more effort to arrive a friendly solution with Aiptek International.

Aiptek is a company that annually bills thousands of times a more than our small organization.

Confront to this giant in a trial, it would consume us very important financial resources for our possibilities, but that for the budget of Aiptek they are almost nothing.

Is this uneven and unjust situation, which has taken us to request for this means, the arbitration of the organizations that regulate the International Trade in Taiwan, and also in the countries where Aiptek works.

I only hope from these organizations that they analyze the documentation that here we show, they contact us to request us more information if it was necessary, and then, achieve justice for us in this so uneven, unequal and disproportionate fight.

Then, this it is the unequivocal test of the permanent abusive, overpowering and not very honorable attitude of a great corporation like Aiptek (Taiwan) against the always generous, reasonable, friendly and conciliatory behavior of a small company of advisory as it is Etchegaray Consultants & Associates (Uruguay).

We only want that this material helps to document the readers and to solve our problem.
