Read this page carefully and think about it ... think and don't make a mistake ... Aiptek is synonymous of unfair business practice ...

Aiptek looked for the A/P Pedro Etchegaray to conquer him as distributor in Uruguay.

Immediately AIPTEK, noticed that Etchegaray Consultants & Associates (ECA)was the ideal company to help them to develop the market of the America that speaks Spanish, and then they required insistently of ECA, advice service in several opportunities.

Aiptek demonstrated great interest in the work of ECA, and with its insistent behavior and the promise of developing business together, it induced deceivingly to ECA to achieve a deep and a wide advice work about the market development in the America that speaks Spanish.

Once AIPTEK had in its hands the developed consultancy work for ECA, consistent in a 20 pages Preliminary Business Plan, AIPTEK appropriated it unduly without granting the expected payment through the recruiting to execute the Preliminary Business Plan, or by means of the payment of the same job costing.

Worse still, AIPTEK not even fulfilled the minimum rules of the business ethic, since they didn't respond in time and it forms the reiterated reclamation emails that ECA sent them about this matter.

This way AIPTEK configured its first crime, consistent in deceit and swindles when stealing to ECA that is a consultancy company, the fruit of its work.

When being discovered the maneuver, ECA claimed in the face of the authorities of AIPTEK who recognized its disloyal behavior and after an unequal negotiation, they agreed to pay the honoraria corresponding to ECA, as compensation for the caused damage.

Once fixed the amount of the compensation, and accepted by both parts, AIPTEK again didn't complete the agreement that herself outlined, not paying that promised in the terms settled down by ECA and modifying then unilaterally the conditions of the agreement.

This behavior of AIPTEK, has forced to ECA to achieve one and another time investments in technical and legal advice of high cost, to try to obtain for a friendly road, a compensation of the one reiterated damage caused by Aiptek, for their deceiving behavior and unfair business practice along one period of almost one year.

This is the unhappy reality. A company like AIPTEK that bills hundred of millions of dollars per year, stealing to a small company of Latin America.  Won't they make this way all the business?.
